Personal details, experience, location & preferences.

2. Select Date & Time
You’ll be securely redirected to our Square booking system.

3. Secure Your Session
A $67 reservation fee is required to access the calendar.
This amount is applied toward your final treatment.

4. Confirmation
Once payment is completed, your session is confirmed.
For private Wall Street sessions, full address details are shared after confirmation.

Day of the Session
Your experience is fully personalized.
The remaining balance is settled after the treatment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS SkinBeautyElite

General Information

SkinBeautyElite, operated by Melissa Franco, provides non-medical aesthetic and wellness treatments.
All services are strictly cosmetic and intended for relaxation, skincare, body contouring, and overall wellness.
SkinBeautyElite does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition or pathology.

By booking an appointment, the client accepts all Terms & Conditions listed below.

Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.

• Deposits function exclusively as a time-reservation fee, not as advance payment for a service.

• The remaining balance must be paid in person at the time of treatment.

• Accepted payment methods include: credit card, debit card, Square, or other methods indicated on the booking page.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All deposits are non-refundable for any reason.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment result in the loss of the deposit.

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit for additional bookings.

Late Arrivals

• A 15 minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrival beyond 15 minutes may reduce the duration of the service or result in cancellation with deposit forfeited.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities.

• Provide a clean, safe, and adequate environment for the treatment (temperature, space, lighting).

• Avoid consuming alcohol or recreational drugs before the appointment.

SkinBeautyElite reserves the right to refuse treatment if the environment or client condition makes the treatment unsafe or inappropriate.

Treatment Limitations

All treatments are non-medical and non-invasive, intended for cosmetic purposes only.
SkinBeautyElite does not guarantee identical results for every client. Outcomes vary based on lifestyle, genetics, and individual response.

Liability

SkinBeautyElite is not responsible for:

• Reactions caused by allergies or conditions not disclosed by the client

• Injuries occurring due to unsafe home environments or client negligence

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond the provider’s control

By booking, clients agree to release SkinBeautyElite and Melissa Franco from liability associated with the treatments received.

Insurance Notice

SkinBeautyElite holds professional liability insurance as required in the State of New York.
This coverage applies only to incidents legally attributable to the provider.
It does not override or replace the limitations of liability stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information, images, location details, and treatment records are strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Right to Refuse Service

SkinBeautyElite reserves the right to refuse service at any time if safety, respect, or professional boundaries are compromised.

Updates to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
